I completed my i4 Neuroleader Practioner Certification in 2016. The neuroscience can be fascinating for those interested in the science - well that figures Bridgit 🙄.
However even for the non-technical minds, like mine, as the content revealed itself - it was one of those "ah ha" moments - so that's why "I do what I do", "I get it now", "gee makes total sense" and so the pennies kept dropping.
What I learnt was the science was and continues to provide irrefutable evidence that the integration (or in my case the lack thereof) between the head, the heart and the gut is paramount to optimal performance.
Question then without notice - are you a head, heart or gut person - or a well balanced combination of all three 🙂
